Roofing
Tile, shingle, metal and low-slope, replaced or repaired. Roofs here usually fail at the metal — the fasteners and the flashings — long before the covering itself looks tired, so that is where we start.

Two decades of it, and fourteen years in claims
Over two decades of hands-on construction, and more than fourteen years working insurance claims. That second part is why damage gets documented properly the first time, rather than argued about three weeks later.
-
Both licenses, published
CCC 1335152 and CRC 1334301, held by the owner. Contractor licensing is public record — look ours up before you call us, and look up anyone else you are considering.
-
Five years of labor, in writing
Our workmanship carries a five-year labor warranty. If something we did is the reason water is getting in, we come back and the labor is ours to pay for. Materials are covered by the manufacturer, for their own term — what each one covers.
What we do
Our services
From new construction and remodels to backyard spaces, outdoor kitchens, additions, and roofing projects.
New Construction
Building on your lot, to your plans. We hold the residential contractor license as well as the roofing one, so the roof is not handed to somebody else at the end of the job.
New construction →Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor kitchens, decks, patios and lanais, built for what the weather here does to them. Sun and salt decide the materials on a Florida backyard more than taste does.
Outdoor spaces →Home Additions
A bedroom, more living space, a bigger kitchen — added so the roofline, the finishes and the floor level read as one house rather than two. The join is the part that gives a bad addition away.
Home additions →Remodeling
Kitchens, bathrooms and whole interiors. In a house you are still living in we contain the dust properly, with ZipWall and air scrubbers, and tell you which rooms are affected and when before anything starts.

What the name is for
LMS stands for Let Me Serve, and the name was chosen deliberately. Construction is a service to the person trusting you with their home. In practice that means straight answers, the options explained before you choose, the work documented as it goes, and one name accountable from the first quote to the last inspection.
It is a Christian-owned company, and honesty, integrity and dependability are what we hold the work to. Those are easier to check than to claim, so we have made them checkable: both license numbers are published on this site, the warranty is written out in plain terms, and the owner stays on the job rather than handing it over once the contract is signed.
Zack Seevers brings over two decades of hands-on construction experience and more than fourteen years of working insurance claims, which is why damage here gets documented the way a claim needs from the first visit. The work runs from roofing to new construction, additions, remodels and outdoor spaces, across Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties.

What our clients say
L. A. 4 months ago on Google ★★★★★★★★★★
Zack Seevers, his son Levi, & their right-hand man Jesus have worked at our house off and on throughout the fall and the spring doing every project I could think of. It is rare that a construction company shows up when they say they will and performs outstanding work every single time, but this company does exactly that. We first worked with LMS last summer when they put on a beautiful new standing seam aluminum roof for us. We have a very steep roof and their roofing crew did a fantastic job. Since then, we've hired them for all kinds of other projects. They have installed impact sliding doors, a storm door, and are working on another impact door for our garage. They have replaced hurricane straps at our home, completed a ton of carpentry projects for us, replaced drywall, painted, hung ceiling fans in our 25ft high ceiling, and they are also working on a plumbing project for us... You name it, I'm putting it on the list that says ZACK that sits on our kitchen counter because I know that the work will get done & done right- and I will know when to expect the work to be done because Zack communicates extremely well with clients. I have been working with contractors for 15 years in the state of Florida on 5 different properties and LMS is BY FAR the best of the best of the best that I have ever worked with. Call them.

LMS Construction and Roofing is a rare find in the Florida construction industry. They are incredibly responsive, punctual, and reliable, which is almost unheard of in this space. From the initial consultation to project completion, their communication was top-notch, always keeping me informed and addressing any questions promptly. They showed up on time, every time, and delivered quality work with professionalism. If you’re looking for a construction and roofing company you can actually count on, I can’t recommend them enough!
